Location : Douglas, Arizona, USA Specialty : Med Surg Type : Per Diem Schedule : Nights Time : 52 Weeks

Seven Healthcare is seeking a skilled and motivated Medsurg RN for a travel assignment in Douglas, AZ . This opportunity offers an competitive hourly rate of : $65 to $70, this for a per diem , scheduled as night shifts .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established policies, protocols, physician orders, and evidence-based practices
  • Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide wound care as needed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Assist patients and their families in understanding diagnoses, treatment plans, and medications
  • Coordinate and advocate for necessary interventions, tests, and procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills
  • Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality assurance standards
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers

    • Requirements :

  • Active RN license in Arizona (or compact license)
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Medsurg experience
  • BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required
  • Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and communication skills
