Boat Service Technician

We are a rapidly expanding Marina in the Fingerlakes carrying the industries top brands such as MasterCraft, Barletta, Harris, Chris-Craft, Barletta and Bayliner. Recipient of The Boating Industry Top 100 Dealers award 3 years running. We are looking for a talented, fresh, energetic individual to join our team. The Service Technician is accountable for performing the duties and responsibilities described below :

• General maintenance
• Winterization and Summerization
• Engine overhaul and repairs
• Electrical
• Rigging
• Trailer repair and inspection
• Job Skills
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload, and who is detail orientated with speed and accuracy.
• Must have at least 5 years marine experience._
• Compensation strongly depends on experience.
• Mercury Certified technicians are preferred.
• Inboard / ski boat experience is preferred.
