Required Qualifications

Occupational Therapist, Acute

Experience : 1 year

Licenses : OT-TX(Copy needed)

Certifications : OTR-National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed)

SSN Required

DOB Required

Work History : Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year

Acute experience

Orthopedic & Neurological experience

Preferred Qualifications

Level 2 Trauma & Med-Surg experience
