Purchasing Clerk

As a Purchasing Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting the Design Team with printing plates, cutting dies and miscellaneous tasks required for the team.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Work safely at all times and comply with Pratt Industries' safety rules and procedures
• Follow Good Manufacturing Processes (GMPs)
• Learn and comply with quality procedures to prevent poor quality products from leaving the facility
• Quoting and ordering of printing plates
• Quoting and ordering of cutting dies
• Ordering of miscellaneous items for the Ink Kitchen
• Sign off on first time runs in Design
• Cut / Glue / Assemble samples for customers
• Run compression testing
• Create pallet patterns for customers
• Collaborate with co-workers and learn various job duties for plant growth and personal development
• Other miscellaneous tasks as requested by Design Manager
