Construction Integration Manager
The primary role of the Construction Integration Manager is to supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers, ensuring efficient and high-quality production outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and efficiency.
- Review operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing issues.
- Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems.
- Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances.
- Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.
- Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
Essential Skills
5-7 years of experience in construction management or a related field.OSHA 10 certification required, OSHA 30 preferred.Ability to read low voltage drawing sets.Strong communication skills, with a focus on effective verbal communication.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing effective manufacture and distribution of goods.Understanding of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree in business or related field preferred.Hands-on or field experience with low voltage projects is highly regarded.Work Environment
This is a contract position based out of Fayetteville, Georgia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $69.00 - $79.00 / hr.
