Your Role : Architect / Project Designer

What You'll Do :

  • Take charge of architectural tasks with guidance from senior team members while stepping into leadership roles on select projects
  • Translate established standards into polished documents, drawings, and presentations that impress clients
  • Develop architectural solutions on smaller projects or segments of larger-scale work, building portfolio-worthy achievements
  • Lead research on product and system innovations to inform your designs
  • Head code analysis, specification development, and construction administration for assigned projects
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage small to medium project with growing autonomy.

    • What You Bring to the Table :

  • A Bachelor's (B.Arch) or Master's (M.Arch) in Architecture
  • Minimum 8 years of architectural design experience
  • Licensure preferred but not required- title and duties dependent on licensure status
  • Experience with Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills - with the ability to listen actively and translate client / team needs into real solutions
  • Ability to travel to off-site projects and offices
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
