LHH is partnering with a respected law firm in Naples to hire a Litigation Support Specialist to join their Commercial Litigation practice group. This is an onsite opportunity to work alongside a collaborative and high-performing team while gaining valuable experience in complex litigation matters. The role is ideal for a litigation professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys contributing to high-impact cases.
Responsibilities
- Provide case management support to attorneys and paralegals, including file organization, calendaring, and hearing preparation.
- Assist with drafting, formatting, and filing pleadings, motions, and other legal documents in both state and federal courts.
- Manage e-filing, discovery production, and document review processes.
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, and trial preparation, including assembling exhibits and liaising with court reporters.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, attorneys, and outside vendors.
- Support attorneys with special litigation projects and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably within commercial litigation.Strong knowledge of both state and federal court procedures.Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and e-discovery platforms.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-volume, team-oriented environment.Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Benefits
