Sub Specialty(s) : Infusion RN, Ambulatory Care

Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission.

Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.

AHA ACLS Provider Card required.

IV Therapy experience preferred.

PICC and midline proficiency preferred.

Chemotherapy experience preferred.

Infusion (CRNI) and / or Oncology (OCN) national certification preferred.

State License Details : Must Be Currently Active\nMinimum Years of Experience : 1\nSub Specialties : Infusion RN, Ambulatory Care\nCertifications / Requirements : ACLS,BLS / BCLS
