Job Summary

Were looking for a hardworking attention to detail type individual for handyman / maintenance technician to join our team! Youll make sure our service request are taken care of efficiently. The ideal person for this job is a reliable team player that can work independently and a problem solver who has some prior building experience. Responsibilities

  • Conduct maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure theyre operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
  • Resolve problems to office spaces windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs
  • Ability to do residential repairs when needed
  • Keep a daily record record of what was done

    • Qualifications

  • High school diploma / GED or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems a plus
  • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
