Implementation Manager – Healthcare SaaS | Fairfield County (North of Norwalk, CT)

A 40-year-strong healthcare technology company is expanding fast and seeking an Implementation Manager to lead client projects that bring powerful SaaS-based EHR and RCM solutions to life.

If you understand how technology meets clinical workflow—and you can translate complex systems into smooth go-lives—this could be your next step.

What you’ll do :

  • Lead client implementations from kickoff through delivery.
  • Coordinate with clinical, technical, and operational teams to ensure seamless success.
  • Use your Health Informatics expertise to improve efficiency and outcomes.

What you bring :

  • Proven experience with SaaS platforms, EHR / EMR systems, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) .
  • Strong client-facing and project coordination skills.
  • A clinical background (RN or PA) is a plus.
  • Must be local to Fairfield County, CT (north of Norwalk – on-site role).
