A Day in the Life of a Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician , you play a vital role in keeping the property in an attractive, safe, and functional condition. You will :

• Supervise make-ready technician, service technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers.
• Collaborate closely with the Property Manager to report supply needs, staff issues, and potential liability concerns.
• Train maintenance staff and oversee the performance of contractors and vendors.
• Identify and report safety hazards while ensuring timely corrective actions.
• Take pride in maintaining the visual appeal and operational integrity of our grounds, buildings, and apartment units.

Work Schedule

This full-time position generally requires 40+ hours per week . Availability for 24 / 7 on-call emergencies is required.
