Hybrid in Farmington, CT

$110k-$125k base + bonus

Position Overview

The Associate Trial Attorney will support the legal team in managing and litigating cases, with a focus on medical malpractice and general liability matters. The role involves working closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and represent clients in trial settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and management of litigation cases
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Manage discovery processes and communicate with clients
• Represent clients in court proceedings and trials
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
• Attend depositions and witness interviews
• Analyze case law and statutes to support legal arguments
