Shift : 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM

Employment Type : Temp-to-perm opportunity

What You’ll Do Daily

• Set up machines independently to achieve first article acceptance.
• Analyze job orders, drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine tools, speeds, feeds, and work holding .
• Operate machines from set-up through part completion to ensure top-quality results.
• Perform accurate in-process inspections and maintain detailed quality records.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to reduce variation and improve efficiency.
• Input data into management systems and report results to leadership.
• Participate in training and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Safely lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced, loud environment.
