About the Role
This is a full-time, in-office role supporting attorneys who handle wage and hour class actions and individual employment law matters. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, has 2–5 years of paralegal experience, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Prior employment law or civil litigation experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drafting, filing, and serving legal documents in state and federal court
- Managing case deadlines and maintaining calendars
- Scheduling court appearances, depositions, and hearings
- Assisting with discovery, research, and document preparation
- Maintaining organized client and case files
- Communicating with clients and providing routine updates
- Serving as an interpreter when needed
