Position : Business Development Representative

Location : Miami, FL

Pay : $ 65,000 to $75,000 / year + Uncapped Commission

Experience : Prior experience in a service-focused industry (construction, commercial plumbing, commercial roofing, commercial HVAC, commercial janitorial, property management restoration, etc.)

Type : Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 4 : 30 PM (Ability to attend after-hours events such as trade shows, social networking events, etc.)

HH Staffing is seeking a Business Development Representative to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description :

• Perform door-to-door outreach and local networking to generate new leads and promote our services.
• Build trust and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers across various property and service sectors.
• Identify customer needs and provide customized solutions that align with their business or project goals.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, with consistent follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while contributing to overall team growth.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and pipeline progress using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community functions to strengthen brand presence and create new business opportunities.
