Responsibilities
Manage guest services including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest communicationsSchedule spa appointments and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operationsPerform quality checks on guest rooms and oversee housekeeping standardsProvide occasional breakfast service and light housekeeping supportHandle light maintenance, restocking, and daily upkeep of the innMonitor and manage inventory of linens, amenities, and suppliesCreate a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests throughout the inn and groundsAdhere to safety, health, and emergency protocolsRequired Skills
Friendly, welcoming, and detail-oriented personality with a genuine heart for hospitalityStrong computer skills and comfort with reservation systemsExceptional communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently, manage priorities, and problem-solve on the spotPrevious experience in hospitality, customer service, teaching, or related fields preferredHigh school diploma required; college degree preferred
