Responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice management and payment tracking.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial data accuracy.
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage and monitor financial transactions efficiently.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries to support decision-making processes.
- Assist with audits by organizing and providing necessary financial documentation.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records promptly.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and other financial obligations.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other financial management software.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Demonstrated ability to perform bank reconciliations accurately.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining precise financial records.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with general accounting principles and practices.
