Front Office Administrative Assistant
QinetiQ US is seeking a Front Office Administrative Assistant to support a fast paced research and development organization within the Department of Defense (DoD). The Front Office Admin will work within the Front Office accomplishing routine administrative items and be responsible for Records Management and Coordination of taskers.
Responsibilities :
- Successful candidates should be familiar with DoD Records Management Policy and will be responsible for organizing, developing and implementing a Records Management plan for the organization
- Be the sole Point of Contact and interface with the OSD Records and Information Management (RIM) Program Office
- Coordinate with Chief of Staff and Chief Information Officer to implement Records Management program
- Responsible for the organizations Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) programs
- Coordinate, draft responses and track taskers in CATMS
- Responsible for routing administrative front office functions such as but not limited to :
- Managing calendars
- Escorting Visitors
- Facilitating Clearances and Building passes
- Coordinating and scheduling conference rooms, VTCs and secure phone calls
- Ordering Office Supplies
- Organizing Farewell photos / events
- Ordering Business Cards
- Special projects as desired
Required Qualifications :
TS / SCI-Eligible - Currently hold an active TS / SCI or have held an SCI and have been debriefed in the last 24 monthsBachelors degreeMinimum of 5 years of experienceProficient in MS PowerPoint, excel and / or other Microsoft productsExcellent communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and be independently motivated.Company EEO Statement :
