Opportunity : Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Family Medicine

This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician to join a collaborative Family Medicine team. The position allows for professional growth in a supportive environment while making a meaningful impact on patient care.

Job Details :

• 1.0 FTE, full-time status with 36 patient contact hours per week
• 4-day work week with clinic hours from 8 am to 5 pm
• Average of 15-18 patients per day with a growing patient panel
• Coverage distribution : 3 days per week at Fosston Clinic, 1 day per week at Bagley Clinic, and PRN at Oklee Clinic
• WIC coverage 1 Saturday per month
• Utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills
• Works both independently and collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Provides care to patients ranging from newborn to elderly
• Emphasizes health promotion and disease prevention
• Requires strong customer service skills to establish positive relationships
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Bachelor's / Master's in Physician Assistant Studies required
• Family Medicine and ER advanced practice experience required
• Preference for candidates with 2+ years of practice experience in Family Medicine
• Current licensure and certifications in appropriate state

Compensation :

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
