Position Overview

The Cenegenics Sales Consultant serves as a trusted advisor for high-achieving clients seeking to optimize their health, vitality, and longevity. In this role, you'll guide prospective members through a personalized journey—connecting data-driven diagnostics, physician expertise, and premium concierge care to their specific health objectives. You'll speak daily with senior executives, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders, helping them envision their future health. This may be the single most important investment they have ever made in themselves.

Description

Elite advisory work requires deep understanding of longevity medicine and the ability to guide people toward a decision. Command attention, earn respect, and lead clients toward confident decisions during telephone and video consultations.

Essential Job Functions

  • Convert high-value inbound leads and prospect selectively for new business.
  • Support clients in understanding product offerings and recommending solutions that meet their goals.
  • Achieve or exceed individual sales and account growth targets.

Client Relationship and Advisory

  • Guide prospective members through a personalized discovery process that connects their goals to advanced longevity diagnostics, elite physician care, and bespoke wellness plans.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust, loyalty, and retention.
  • Conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand client motivations, health goals, and readiness for change.
  • Collaboration and Reporting

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving client experience and account management best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activity in the CRM.
  • Provide regular updates to the VP of Sales on client status, opportunities, and risks.
  • Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least five years of healthcare delivery experience.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with high emotional intelligence and excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort with technology, including the ability to learn CRM systems.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a consultative sales approach.
  • Occasional national travel required.
  • Passion for wellness, healthcare, or lifestyle industries a plus.
  • Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands

  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, move from one area of the building to another regularly, sit, and use a computer for extended periods.
  • Manual and physical dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and handle paper documents.Sufficient vision acuity to read information on screens and printed materials.
  • Adequate hearing and verbal abilities to communicate effectively in person and by phone.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
