We are seeking a detail-oriented, compassionate, and highly organized Paralegal to join our growing team on a part-time basis . This position offers a flexible schedule while allowing you to play a vital role in supporting clients and attorneys.

Compensation :

$17 - $19 hourly with bonus structure

Responsibilities :

Assist attorneys with estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters as needed

Update drafts of attorney legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney

Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and financial institutions with professionalism and empathy

Maintain and organize case files to ensure accuracy and accessibility

Support attorneys during client meetings and document signings on scheduled days

Manage assigned tasks efficiently within a reduced, flexible weekly schedule

Qualifications :

Prior paralegal or legal assistant experience (estate planning or trust administration preferred)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines within a reduced schedule

A professional, client-focused attitude with the ability to maintain confidentiality

Self-motivated and able to work independently when needed

Availability to work on a consistent part-time schedule, with occasional flexibility during busy periods
