In this hands-on leadership role, you'll help keep our resort looking pristine and feeling like a true island escape for every guest.

What You'll Do in This Role :

• Lead and coordinate daily housekeeping operationsfrom guest rooms to public spaces
• Support laundry and cleanliness standards across all areas of the property
• Inspect rooms and public spaces to ensure they meet Margaritaville's high standards
• Motivate, train, and coach your team to shine every shift
• Help schedule staff and manage inventory of supplies and equipment
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs quickly and professionally
• Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns with warmth and efficiency
• Promote and uphold all safety and sanitation standards
