Learning Systems Administrator

A company is looking for a Learning Systems Administrator II.

Key Responsibilities

Administer all LMS platforms, including configuration and management of users, courses, and resources

Deploy and manage new / updated products and maintain content files and materials

Provide training, documentation, and Tier 3 support while improving user experience

Required Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience, with at least 1 year as an LMS Administrator on LearnUpon or similar platform

Knowledge of Instructional Systems Design / Adult Learning Technology

Ability to work collaboratively across functional areas

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Self-directed and user-focused with a commitment to continuous improvement
