Supervise inspection team members and daily quality operations

Develop and implement inspection plans to meet standards and requirements

Perform inspections and quality checks on aircraft parts and assemblies

Document inspection results and ensure compliance with industry regulations

Partner with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues

Requirements

Strong background in quality control and inspection processes

Experience developing and executing inspection plans

Leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting

Familiarity with aerospace / defense industry standards and compliance

Skilled in inspection tools, measurement equipment, and CNC processes
