As a Senior Director of Profitability, you will be a key leader in shaping Walmart's eCommerce and omni-fulfillment profitability strategy. You will be responsible for defining and executing initiatives that optimize revenue, reduce costs, and improve the financial health of Walmart's digital fulfillment experience. Your work will directly impact how customers shop and engage with Walmart's digital and omnichannel offerings.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that requires a strong business acumen, a data-driven mindset, and a deep understanding of customer behavior in eCommerce and retail. You will collaborate with senior leaders across Product, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering to develop new customer-centric propositions that drive sustainable growth and profitability.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.
The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
