Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy Attorney

Overview

Shulman Rogers is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy department. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of creditor side foreclosure, litigation and bankruptcy experience, including in both state and federal courts. This position is located in the firm's Potomac, MD office.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle all first draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Manage, organize, and oversee all aspects of pending foreclosure and bankruptcy matters in DC, Maryland and Virginia.
• Argue motions, plan confirmations and evidentiary hearings.
