We are currently seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dedicated rehabilitation team. This role is perfect for a flexible and skilled therapist who wants to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the freedom of PRN scheduling. The position is required to be on-site for the role.

\n

\n

Position Summary : \n

As a PRN Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate and treat residents to improve their ability to perform daily living activities, enhance their independence, and achieve their rehabilitation goals. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities :

\n \n

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of residents’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs.

\n

  • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans focused on improving residents’ functional abilities.
  • \n

  • Provide therapy interventions, including training in adaptive techniques and the use of assistive devices.
  • \n

  • Monitor residents’ progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • \n

  • Collaborate with the care team, residents, and families to establish and support therapy goals.
  • \n

  • Educate residents and their caregivers on therapeutic strategies and techniques to enhance independence.
  • \n

  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy services, evaluations, and progress notes.
  • \n

  • Adhere to all state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.
  • \n \n

    \n

    Qualifications : \n \n

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • \n

  • Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Colorado.
  • \n

  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is a plus.
  • \n

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • \n

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a flexible PRN schedule.
  • \n

  • Dedication to providing compassionate, high-quality care to residents.
  • \n \n
