Job Overview

The Senior Manager, Global EHS leads the Institute's global environmental, health, and safety programs, ensuring compliance with international regulations, driving workplace safety culture, and integrating product safety requirements into the machine design process. This role provides strategic direction, manages global EHS initiatives, and supports business leaders in achieving safety, compliance, and sustainability goals. You'll partner with leaders worldwide to create a culture where safety and environmental stewardship are core to how we operate.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of our global EHS strategy.

Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture aligned with company values and goals.

Oversee occupational safety, product safety, environmental compliance, and sustainability initiatives across all locations.

Define, collect and analyze EHS performance data (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior leadership.
