CPA Licensed Controller

A company is looking for a Controller to lead accounting operations and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable / receivable, payroll, and expense management

Lead and mentor a Senior Accountant while managing relationships with external accounting and audit partners

Drive the monthly close and financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP

Key Qualifications : CPA required

5-8 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in public accounting and industry

Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and technical accounting

Proven ability to manage and develop accounting staff
