As a Banquet Captain , you will be responsible for assisting, supervising and training the banquet department staff with the coordination and service delivery of food and beverage experiences to our guests executing memorable events.

What will you be doing?

• Supervise and train staff for banquet room setup, service, and breakdown per BEO and manager's instructions.
• Ensure staff adhere to Marcus standards for food and beverage service.
• Assist in banquet room setup and guest service.
• Maintain frequent communication with supervisors, managers, and guests.
• Ensure banquet and public areas remain clean.
• Maintain work area cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory of supplies.
• Uphold Marriott¿s quality and service standards.
