Job Summary

The Client Access Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the professional and technical operation of the client access team. This position is vital for maintaining high standards in physician, co-worker, and client satisfaction, as well as overall business performance. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the client access team, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed. You will be responsible for staff development, process improvement, and collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance the client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct oversight and support for the client access team to ensure overall success.
  • Review timecard accuracy and time off requests for the team.
  • Coach supervisors to identify workflow improvements and personnel development opportunities.
  • Conduct training for new and existing Client Access Representatives (CAR).
  • Participate in yearly evaluations, setting actionable goals for self and direct reports.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Associate Director (SAD) on new process development and ongoing process reviews.
  • Represent the organization professionally in internal and external collaborations.
  • Develop and manage reports and audits related to client experience and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create and implement action plans for department growth.
  • Conduct onsite observations to ensure effective team management and development.
  • Provide documented feedback regarding staff development and process changes.

Education, Experience, and / or Credential Qualifications

  • Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred 2 years previous management experience.
  • Preferred previous customer service experience.
  • Additional Qualifications

  • Communicate the strategic direction of the organization and encourage participation by all team members.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to all aspects of the department.
  • Handle difficult team member situations directly, using appropriate discretion and Human Resource advice.
  • Champion change and effectively manage the implementation of new ideas.
  • Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
  • Physical Requirements

  • ADA Consideration - Sedentary work : Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and / or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
  • Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and / or writing during work shift.
  • Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
