Are you an experienced insurance professional with a passion for delivering exceptional client service? Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Insurance Account Manager , where you’ll play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of commercial accounts. Partnering closely with a producer, you’ll ensure clients receive top-notch solutions tailored to their insurance needs.

Responsibilities

  • Support and service a wide range of commercial lines accounts.
  • Support agency producers with customer service-related tasks.
  • Liaison between clients, producers, and insurance company representatives.
  • Assist with marketing renewals and account rounding for current clients to maintain client retention.
  • Responding to inquiries, problem-solving, and following up to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Obtaining and ensuring current and accurate information and documenting it per agency standards.
  • Recommending coverages, completing and submitting applications and related documentation to appropriate markets.
  • Marketing, quoting, and rating of new client business.

    • Qualifications and Skills

  • 3+ years of Commercial Experience with a general agency and multiple carriers.
  • Professional written & verbal communication skills
  • Organizational and attention to detail oriented
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

    • Schedule : Monday - Friday (8 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM)

    Compensation : $60k-$80k Annually
