LifeWorks Wellness Center is seeking a Board-Certified Hematologist / Oncologist (MD or DO) who is passionate about advancing patient outcomes through an integrative, whole-person approach to medicine.

- Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive oncology consultations, including detailed history-taking, diagnostic evaluations, and interpretation of laboratory, imaging, and pathology results within the integrative model of care.
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans that combine conventional oncology protocols (chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, etc.) with evidence-based integrative and supportive therapies.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team—including internal medicine physicians, nurse practitioners, nutritionists, and functional medicine practitioners—to ensure coordinated, whole-person care.
- Serve as a clinical thought leader by incorporating integrative strategies that support immune health, reduce treatment side effects, and improve patient outcomes and quality of life.
- Communicate complex medical information with empathy and clarity, helping patients and their families understand their diagnosis, treatment options, and the integrative care philosophy.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment protocols as appropriate, and ensure timely follow-up and supportive interventions throughout all stages of treatment and recovery.
- Stay informed on current research and emerging therapies in oncology and integrative medicine; contribute to continuous improvement of clinical protocols and best practices.
- Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely clinical documentation consistent with institutional standards, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance guidelines.
- Participate in team education sessions and case conferences; provide guidance and mentorship to clinical staff in integrative oncology principles and best practices.
- Represent LifeWorks Wellness Center in professional forums, educational programs, and patient outreach initiatives that promote awareness of integrative oncology care.
- Qualifications M.D. or D.O. with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license.
- Board certification in Medical Oncology, Hematology / Oncology, or Radiation Oncology.
- Demonstrated excellence in patient care and communication.
- Commitment to advancing integrative and functional approaches in oncology.
- Preferred Experience Additional certification or fellowship in integrative or functional medicine.
- Clinical experience in integrative or supportive oncology settings.
- Working knowledge of nutrition, detoxification, and lifestyle medicine as adjunctive cancer therapies.
