Benefits Administrator
We’re looking for a Benefits Administrator who enjoys the technical side of HR—digging into data, optimizing systems, and making sure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. In this role, you’ll manage HRIS data integrity, streamline benefits processes, and ensure compliance while supporting a best-in-class employee experience.
What you’ll do :
- Maintain accurate HRIS and benefits data across multiple systems and integrations
- Build and deliver reports, dashboards, and compliance documentation
- Troubleshoot benefits and HRIS issues, identifying and implementing improvements
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors on system updates, enhancements, and projects
- Conduct audits to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
- Support process improvements that make HR operations more efficient and employee-friendly
What we’re looking for :
2–3+ years HRIS and / or benefits administration experience, with strong reporting skillsSolid knowledge of benefits processes, compliance, and HR data needsAdvanced Excel skills; ADP WFN and / or Workday experience preferredStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort in a fast-paced environmentThis is a great fit for someone who thrives at the intersection of HR and technology, and wants to use their benefits expertise to make systems smarter and employees’ experiences better.
