Data Support Analyst

A company is looking for an Exposure Interoperability Data Support Analyst to support the Federal Electronic Health Records Modernization program office through data standards analysis and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate among various stakeholder groups to advance health IT standards

Liaise with standards development organizations to advocate for departmental interests and report on EHR implementation impacts

Review healthcare specifications, provide expert materials for standard ballots, and develop implementation guides for HL7 standards

Required Qualifications

4+ years of professional work experience

Knowledge of the IT standards development process and its downstream implications

Experience with HL7 organization and health IT balloting materials

Master's degree in Healthcare, Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or 8 years of additional relevant experience

Experience with healthcare standards such as HL7, FHIR, USCDI, and X12
