As an Assistant Manager, you’ll take ownership of store operations and team success. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities :
- Support the GM in managing all restaurant functions
- Lead and coach team members to meet operational and sales goals
- Control food / labor costs, inventory, and cash handling
- Oversee training and development of team members
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
