$300,000 Salary for a 1099 contractor or as an hospital-employed position

PTO : 13 weeks off a year (sick says and CME days included

$12,500 annually for student loan assistance

Relocation : Up to $5,000

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

25-Bed Critical Access Hospital

Monday - Friday OR times 7 : 00 am - 2 pm (normally out by 1 : 00 pm); no weekends

On-call is 1 in 4 weeks with mostly OB deliveries

Bread and Butter cases, Pediatric cases are rare; averages 270 deliveries a year, Ortho, Endoscopic procedures

Malpractice : Paid for hospital-employed for W-2; partly for 1099 Employee

National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
