Utility Program Manager
Responsible supervisory and technical work in assigning, coordinating, participating in, and leading activities of utility program specific communications plans for the Deputy General Superintendent of Water Programs. Work includes training and directing staff, communicating with individual customers as well as larger commercial entities, creating communications plans with specific terms and durations depending on the program, and coordinating efforts across Board and City departments to ensure effective and complete communication; and related work as required.
Minimum qualifications include : possession of a valid driver's license, a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, and five years of experience in call center, customer service center or performing related customer service functions including one year experience in a management or supervisory capacity. Prior to appointment, the hiring agency is required to verify education and license claimed by the applicant to qualify for this classification. If selected for hire, applicants must provide original documents of their qualifying credentials to the hiring agency prior to their start date in this job classification.
