Job Description Title : Demand Planning Manager

Location : West Hollywood, CA

Company Description :

We are currently working with a personal care company that is moving beyond start-up and continuing to experience rocket-like growth. As a result of the success and growth they’re experiencing, they are looking for a Demand Planning Manager to take their planning and new product development forecasting processes to the next level.

Position Description :

  • Develop and maintain a rolling forecast and drive the forecasting process for new product introductions.
  • Protect the financial performance of the strategic business unit by identifying potential supply chain issues.
  • Lead monthly demand consensus process and forecast review meetings with executives.
  • Participate in the financial budgeting process.
  • Advise sales and marketing of variances between existing forecasts, plans and actuals.

Background Required :

  • Highly energetic individual with at least 5 years finished goods forecasting / demand planning experience.
  • Heavy experience forecasting new product introductions or products with little to no sales history.
  • Experience with Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industries.
  • Has experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Effective use of Tier-1 forecasting applications (i.e. SAP APO, JDA, Manugistics, Demantra, i2, Logility, etc.) and MS Excel.
  • Proven track record of success in similar role.

    • Miscellaneous :

  • Compensation $100K - $125K + bonus.
  • Full benefit package including medical, dental and 401(k).
  • Onsite 5 days / week.
