Schedule : 12 : 00pm - 8 : 30pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate : $30 / hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing Operations : Overseeing daily warehouse activities like receiving, storing, and shipping goods, alongside the direct supervision of the manufacturing production floor.
• Staff Management : Leading, motivating, and providing clear direction to teams, fostering a collaborative environment
• Efficiency & Performance : Monitoring production output, ensuring operations run on schedule by ensuring team-members return from breaks and to their stations in a timely manner, and stepping-in to assist with production when necessary
• Inventory & Logistics : Monitoring inventory levels, managing materials handling, and ensuring the efficient delivery of goods.

This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage teams, maintain safety and quality standards, and ensure on-time production and delivery.
