Doyle Security Services, Inc. (DSS) is seeking experienced Security Shift Supervisors in the New York City area for High End Residential Locations.

SHIFT AVAILABLE :

Saturday & Sunday 0000 – 0800

PAY RATE : $22.00 -$23.00 per hour

JOB SUMMARY : Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Makes periodic tours to check for irregularities. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises. Work requires the ability to stand for the majority of workday.

SHIFT SUPERVISOR / LEAD ROVER JOB DUTIES

• Oversee and direct shift operations of on-site staff in accordance with the established client post orders & DSS company riles and policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while providing guidance to the on-site staff.
• Conduct rounds throughout the shift of the site via guardtek.
• Investigate and complete reports related to incidents and / or accidents via guardtek.
• Assist with maintaining proper timesheets and payroll records.
• Assist with training and mentoring of the shift for the on-site staff.
• Interact with local law enforcement agencies as required.
