Role Location : This is a fully remote role, however candidates need to be based in Colorado, California, Arizona, or Washington state.

Hours of Work : This is a global position where you'll collaborate with leaders and colleagues across Eastern and Pacific time zones, as well as those in Sydney, Australia. While your primary working hours will align with your local timezone, you'll need to engage with other time zones as required. We offer a high degree of flexibility, allowing you to structure your workday to effectively accommodate these global interactions when necessary.

Job Description

About the role : We're seeking a high-performing Staff Product Manager, reporting to the SVP, Product, to lead the evolution of Ignition's Payments product, owning the infrastructure, capabilities, and customer experience that power how service businesses get paid.

Your focus will be ensuring we prioritize and deliver the right roadmap, build robust and delightful payment experiences, and drive adoption, engagement, and utilization across our customer base.

You'll operate as the product execution and systems leader for Payments : defining strategy through a product lens, translating customer, market, and operational insights into clear priorities, and working hands-on with Engineering and Design to deliver a world-class payments platform.

Ignition committed to paying our team members fairly, clearly, and above all, paying for growth and performance. This role has a minimum annual salary of $165,000 and maximum annual salary of $225,000.
