• Sign On Bonus : $5,000
• Schedule : Full time Three 10-hour shifts / week. Every 3rd Saturday.
• Shift Differentials : Available for night, weekend, and additional shifts

Holiday Rotation

Location : Fond du Lac Health Plaza B on Camelot drive Dialysis Center

On-Call at SAF, currently we have a 10-person weekend and weekday rotation

This position consists of 16 station chairs and one isolation station. The selected candidate will be responsible for Initiating and termination of dialysis for patients, accessing patient labs, delegating and coordination of care plans and much more.
