Position Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst specializing in Data Quality maintenance to support a large government client. This is a 12-month W2 contract with a Hybrid schedule in Los Angeles, CA 90012.

Task List :

  • Data Quality and Cleaning.
  • System testing Support.
  • Business Analysis and Process Support.
  • Reporting and Communication.

Responsibilities :

  • Review, validate, and correct records identified through automated cleansing and matching processes.
  • Utilize custom ML-enabled application to assist in manual review.
  • Apply business rules, escalate ambiguous cases, and document corrections.
  • Participate in UAT for enterprise software deployments.
  • Execute test cases, record results, and document issues.
  • Assist with issue tracking and resolution verification,
  • Document workflows and requirements for modernization projects.
  • Provide support for requirements gathering, validation, and reporting.
  • Assist with stakeholder communication and documentation.
  • Provide weekly progress updates summarizing activities performed, issues encountered, and deliverables completed such as :

    • Reviewed and corrected datasets with audit logs and quality metrics.

  • UAT documentation includes test results, issue logs, and resolution status.
  • Business process documentation and requirements artifacts.

    • Experience Required :

  • Experience in data quality assurance and validation.
  • Knowledge of and experience in business analysis practices (requirements gathering, process documentation).
  • Experience in participating in UAT for enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with structured datasets and data governance.

    • Preferred Experience :

  • Experience with SQL databases, permitting systems, or address standard.
