The Senior Art Director on the brand team at Salesforce leads the development and execution of creative projects across a wide range of platforms and channels. They develop compelling creative for customer engagement, campaigns, events, brand initiatives, and internal communications, ensuring brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Concept and execution of brand creative across events, campaigns, digital, print, film, and video.
- Cross‑functional collaboration with marketing, creative, production, and other teams to maintain brand consistency and effective messaging.
- Leveraging cutting‑edge tools and technologies, including AI, to optimize workflows and enhance storytelling.
- Owning and overseeing multiple campaigns and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained from kick‑off to approval by leadership.
- Leading high‑performing teams to develop original, breakthrough creative and campaigns that serve a global audience.
- Presenting creative and narrative strategy to creatives and leadership, offering and receiving constructive feedback.
- Attention to detail and ensuring complex notes and feedback are tracked efficiently.
- Ensuring messaging aligns with Salesforce’s brand strategy and voice across all platforms.
- Providing innovative solutions to meet campaign objectives and deliver on‑strategy and breakthrough results.
- Fostering brand design culture through enabling world‑class design and AI integration.
Qualifications
8+ years of professional design experience, ideally at a top creative agency or in‑house for a global brand.Experience in video and content creation.Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design, storytelling, motion design, and animation.Expert in design software : Figma and Adobe After Effects; strong handling of Google suite.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Proficiency with AI‑powered tools and strategies for creative development, content creation and optimization.Accommodations
