Client is currently seeking a dedicated Litigation Associate to join their Pasadena, CA office in a full-time capacity.

This role offers a hybrid work environment, combining in-office collaboration with flexible remote work options to support work-life balance.

The Litigation Associate will be actively engaged in a variety of construction litigation and employment litigation matters, handling critical responsibilities such as drafting legal motions, representing clients in court hearings, preparing for trial proceedings, and conducting depositions.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to work on complex, impactful cases and develop litigation skills within a supportive and dynamic legal team.

Ideal candidates will possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and hold active admission to the California State Bar.

Prior experience in labor and employment litigation will be considered a strong asset.
