Work with managers and RM team to onboard vendors / contingent workers Manage and track documentation W-9, Personal Information, Contracts, etc.

Maintain vendor records in the HCM system and ERP   Support with client assignment and reporting Setup and management of vendor T&L Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Performs other related duties as assigned.

Starting salary range :

  • $28.84 per hour Job Specifics : In Office (Fishers, IN) Monday through Friday Travel Required None Required Education and Experience At least 1 years’ related experience required.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in verbal and written form.

  • Preferred Education and Experience UKG Ready experience Previous experience in HR role, AP role, and / or Contingent staffing and support.
