ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a Customer Service Manager for the office, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency.   • Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Leadership and organizational skills.
  • Communication and problem-solving abilities.
