Responsibilities

• Lead and produce original illustrations that anchor creative concepts and visual narratives.
• Design content across a variety of deliverables — including animated content, conceptual story-boards, and compelling visual executions — with illustration at the core.
• Translate briefs into distinctive visual storytelling rooted in illustration and supported by strong design fundamentals.
• Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, and motion teams to bring illustrated ideas to life.
• Present illustrated work clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, particularly in areas of visual storytelling and illustrative execution.
• Keep a pulse on illustration trends, styles, and techniques — pushing the team creatively and conceptually.

Salary information and benefits : A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Some positions may be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that are not included in the base pay.

We’re looking for a Senior Designer with advanced illustration skills to help lead projects from concept to execution.
