Want a great place to work? We are currently seeking a highly motivated Woodshop Production Specialist to join our growing team!

Flipside Products is looking for a proactive, growth minded individual who can help take the organization to the next level. You will work with our woodworking team, using our woodshop to provide precise cut wood for our assembly team to construct our products. This is a highly active role which requires you to work safely, accurately, and efficiently to meet customer quality standards.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with various woodworking tasks such as cutting, shaping, sanding, drilling, etc.
• Operate or learn to operate basic woodworking tools like table saws, shapers, dual chop saws, drill presses, sanders, etc. under supervision.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work space, ensuring that tools and material are properly maintained and stored properly.
• Collaborates with the team to complete jobs efficiently and meets deadlines.
• Works well with repetitive tasks.
• Quick learner and ability to follow directions.
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn and grow in the woodworking field.
• Operating experience required.
• 1-2 years of woodworking experience preferred.

Compensation

Salary Range : Up to $18 / hour (Based on Experience)

M-F, 7AM-3 : 30PM
